Nothing here substitutes for a licensed electrician, a proper load calculation, or a permitted and inspected installation. A Level 2 charger runs on a 240V circuit carrying 40 to 50 amps continuously; wiring, breaker sizing, and any panel work must follow the National Electrical Code and your local code.
